 Our front door smart locks can be accessed any time after check-in (4:00pm), so any late check-ins are completely fine, no matter how late since its self check-in! 

  If the reservation is canceled 48 hours or less before check-in, or after check-in, the fee is 50% of the reservation amount for the nights not stayed. If the reservation is canceled anytime between 48 hours and 30 days before check-in, the fee is 25% of the reservation amount. 

 As much as we love pets, we unfortunately do not allow any pets in the vacation home whether for a little bit or to stay the entire reservation. We are very sorry about this & hope you understand!
